Sunday brunch with the entire family? A business lunch with associates from abroad? An editorial meeting with drinks and light fare? A graduation reception with fellow students, an intimate light dinner with concert going friends after the performance? All are possible in the spacious, elegantly furnished multifunctional room above the Brasserie van Baerle restaurant. Our upstairs room is reserved by companies for board meetings, year-end dinners, New Year's receptions and brainstorming sessions; by social and cultural organisations and universities for book presentations, literary award judging-committees, and farewell receptions; by private parties for dinners to celebrate promotions, reunions, and wedding and birthday celebrations. The room can accommodate up to 80 people for standing receptions. During the function, dining options include drinks and light fare to full meals. For seated events, the room holds up to 45 people.
The rental fee for the Private dining room per daily period depends on the spending. In case of a spending less than € 1000 the fee is € 250. A spending between € 1000 and € 1500 means a fee of € 125. The rental fee will be waived if € 1500 or more is spend. The following cancellation terms apply to reservations, as well as the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca - UVH).
